Certifications reflect our manufacturing partners' verified public disclosures at time of writing; additional standards (e.g. ISO) will be listed once formal documentation is confirmed. All product names, trademarks, logos, and packaging designs shown belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to illustrate manufacturing and packaging capability, with no implied endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly authorized.
Choose the Payment Structure That Fits

A Procurement Partner, Not Just a Manufacturer
Cortex helps international brands source and manage packaging production through trusted manufacturing partners across Asia. We bridge the gap between buyers and manufacturers by coordinating sourcing, production, quality control and logistics — from specification to delivery.
Common Questions
Do you manufacture the packaging yourselves?
No. Cortex is a procurement and project-management partner — we source from vetted manufacturing partners rather than operating our own factory.
Where do you source from?
Primarily Vietnam, through a manufacturing network we're building out further across Asia.
Can I pay the manufacturer directly?
Yes. That's our Direct to Manufacturer option — you pay the manufacturer directly and Cortex charges a separate sourcing and project-management fee.
Can Cortex manage the entire procurement process?
Yes — that's our Cortex Managed Procurement option, covering sourcing, production, quality control, and logistics under one payment.
What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by product, material, and manufacturing partner. Send your specifications and we'll confirm an accurate MOQ for your project.
Can you arrange samples?
Yes — sampling and prototyping is a standard step in our process, completed before any bulk production begins.
Do you provide quality inspections?
Yes. Quality control is built into the process, from specification review through to final inspection before shipment.
Can you arrange shipping?
Yes — logistics coordination, including Incoterms and documentation, is part of what we manage on your behalf.
What information do I need to request a quote?
Dimensions, material, printing and finishing needs, quantity, target timeline, and delivery destination. Artwork helps but isn't required to start.
How does the quotation process work?
You submit your specifications, we source options from our network, and you receive a formal quotation covering pricing, lead time, and terms before anything moves to samples.
